Our driver and tour guide will come and pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to depart for Sapa.

Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfortable short break on the way to Sapa.

Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Enjoy welcome drinks and itinerary briefing. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before the hotel check-in.

Start hiking downhill to Cat Cat village at the bottom of Muong Hoa Valley. Enjoy the spectacular views of the beautiful valley towards Fansipan – the highest peak in Vietnam and Indochina. Upon arrival at the village, you will have a chance to visit the Black H’mong’s traditional stilt houses as well as watch people weaving, embroidering, and drying their clothes, etc. Then, keep walking to visit the dramatic and picturesque Cat Cat Waterfall, which is a great spot for photo-shoots.

Return to Sapa town for dinner. Enjoy your free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa Market and town.

DAY 02: SAPA – Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN - SAPA – HANOI (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

Begin trekking from Sapa towards another part of Muong Hoa Valley where you can see the magnificent landscapes of the mountainous region. Trek through Y Linh Ho, the village of the Black H’mong, then continue the adventure through lush rice terraces to visit Lao Chai village and experience the Black H’mong’s daily life and traditional culture.

Arrive at Ta Van village of Tay minority, which is exhibiting a strong influence from Chinese culture.
Take a bus ride to return to Sapa.

Enjoy your free time in Sapa for refreshment.

Cancellation policy:
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:
+ The cancellation more than 05 days in advance of our service: 0%
+ The cancellation from 03 days to 05 days in advance of our service: 50% of the total price
+ The cancellation within 03 days, we will charge you as 100% of total price.
Children's Policy:
+ 1st child under 4 years old occupying the same room with parents and utilizing existing bedding is complementary to a maximum of one concerning accommodation.
+ Child from 4 – under 6 years old sharing the same room with parents will be charged 50% of the adult rate and utilizing existing bedding.
+ Child from 6 – under 9 years old sharing the same room with parents will be charged 75% of the adult rate and utilizing existing bedding.
+ Children from 9 years old will be charged 100% of the adult price and have a single bed in a shared room.

Payment & Amendments:
When you book a trip with us, there would be a deposit required (30% – 50% of total price). You can choose to do deposit via direct bank transfer, Onepay (Credit card online payment) or Authorization letter with relevant bank fee request. The most popular one is OnePay with detail Guideline and Term, Conditions. The balance of the trip can be paid when you arrive in Vietnam by cash or credit card.
Notice: Settle by Cash will apply without of any surcharge.
Settle by Visa/ Master card: We will apply 2% for the bank fee.
Settle by Amex we apply 5% for the bank fee.

NOTE:
- In day 2, if you do not want to attend the long trek Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van, our tour leader will help you visit another place. All tickets and transportation fees are paid by you.
- Old people should not attend the long trek (9 kms) due to its challenge and danger in case of rain
- Handicapped people and children under 6 years old shouldn’t attend trekking
THING TO BRING:
- Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
- Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.
- Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
- You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.
